We are looking for a motivated Office Manager & Employee Welfare to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including: ordering supplies and maintaining an organized work environment.
Manage relationships with vendors – searching and negotiation with potential external suppliers external suppliers related to office (IT, technologies, groceries, Happy Hours, etc.)
Tracking office supply costs against pre-existing budgets.
Organizing and planning company events and board conferences – Welfare events, Happy-Hour, volunteer activities, birthdays, etc.
Supporting HR to maintain office policies as necessary and keeping personnel records up to date.
Handle new employees onboarding process
Keep track of employees, terminations, sick days, vacation, etc. Including manage the attendance system – fill reports, ongoing interaction with HR & Finance department.
Manage receptionist duties, including: greeting visitors, receiving and sending mail, packages and coordinating meetings logistics (if needed)
Handle travel arrangements for employees & visitors from our abroad offices. Including order flights, accommodation, visas, meeting schedule (if needed), etc.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc special projects
Requirements:
Proven experience as Office Manager (Startup environment – big plus)
English – high level – mandatory!
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong organizational and planning skills
Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
